| When we say 7 hours of coverage, we mean we are onsight, shooting for 7 hours. We will arrive before our start time to get ready and shoot for the full 7 hours. If overtime seems needed, we will give you notice at least an hour before our end time. That way you can decide whether to finish up the reception events in that hour or have us stay longer. | Most photographers will list their assistant as a "second photographer". While our assistants are aspiring photographers, we beleive the role of a photographer's assistant is invaluable at today's weddings. The assistant is a second pair of eyes for the photographer and insures that we have every image the bride requests on her posed portrait list. Each image is viewed on a laptop to be sure there are no blinks or looking away. | ||||

| This album includes 32 pages, but may be upgraded to 40 pages. See our Wedding Prices page for these costs. The pages are 10x10 prints mounted to firm pages. The hard cover has 12 color options and imprinting can be in silver, gold or embossed. We can, also, include inscriptions on each page in the album. See our Designer Album Preview page for acutal page layouts. | Our Keepsake Album is a soft cover press printed book that is great as candid book, parent or grandparent gift and wedding party gifts. These books have a glossy custom printed cover and matte finish pages inside. The 9x6 book in this includes 60 images. You may add additional images up to 144 total. This 9x6 book is not included in the August Affair or smaller packages. | ||||

| This book is a hardcover 10x8 book that includes 20 images with a signing page next to each image. | This print, like most package items, may be traded at retail value for any other photography product or taken as listed. | ||||

| At 4 to 8 weeks before your wedding, we make an appointment to discuss your wedding details and plan our photography start time, locations and list of family portraits you want. By working from a list we discuss, we can limit the time needed for portraiture. | Our Engagement Session includes Studio and Location Portraiture. We start in studio with formal clothing and then change to move outdoors for casual scenic portraiture. These images are posted to your web pages and are used to make guest books and reception cards. | ||||

| As soon as you book a package with us, we create a website for you to share wedding information with your friends and family. We provide links to your registries, add any travel and lodging information and post image from your Engagement Session, Bridal Session, Sunset Session and Wedding. | As we shoot, our assistant copies the images to a laptop computer and creates a slideshow of the best images. These images run on a monitor at the reception for you and your guests to view. We have a 52" widescreen and projector with a 7 ft screen for an additional fee. | ||||

| This package includes the digital files from your wedding day with reproduction rights for prints, email and web posting. You may receive these files one year after your wedding. You may receive them earlier for a fee of $500. Files are delivered on CD or DVD. | You receive a viewing and ordering CD off all wedding images. These images are sized down to screen size and not for printing or reproduction. | ||||

| These cards are printed on a heavy deckle edged card stock and include a matching envelope. Your wedding images are online by Thursday after your wedding. Simply call or email with the image number that you want and we have these printed within four days. Additional cards are $1.00 each. | These are business size cards with your portrait, names and wedding date printed on the front. On the back, in light type, it directs your guests to the web pages we have made for you so they can view and order images from your wedding. You will not have to show a preview set around and take orders for family members and guests. We provide these to you early if you want to attach them to table favors or bubbles. | ||||
